Creating your Mowzey account

Sign up at app.mowzey.com in about 60 seconds. You'll be in the app before your coffee gets cold.

You can sign up for Mowzey with an email + password or with your Google account. Both routes end the same place — paying for $39.99 lifetime access and connecting your Stripe account so you can get paid. This guide walks through both signup paths and what happens next.

What you need before you start

  • An email address you check regularly — invoices and customer replies route here.
  • A credit or debit card to pay the one-time $39.99 platform fee.
  • About 10 minutes total: 1 minute to sign up, ~5 minutes to connect Stripe, a few minutes to add your first customer.

Pro tip

Don't have a business EIN or LLC yet? That's fine — Stripe accepts sole proprietors using your SSN. You can switch to a business entity later in your Stripe dashboard.

Option A: Sign up with email

Enter your email and pick a password (at least 8 characters, with a mix of letters and numbers).

Check your inbox for the verification code. It usually arrives within 10 seconds. Enter the 6-digit code on the signup page.

Mowzey will ask you for your business name and prompt you to pay $39.99. After payment, you land in the Stripe Connect onboarding step.

Option B: Sign up with Google

Faster if you'd rather not manage another password. Click Continue with Google on the signup page and pick the Google account you want to use. No email verification code needed — Google handles that.

Which email gets used?

The email Google returns becomes your Mowzey login. All customer-facing emails (your reply-to address on invoices and quotes) default to this email until you change it in Settings → Profile.

What happens after you sign up

You'll be guided through three steps before the app opens:

  1. Business name. Whatever you put here appears on every invoice, quote, and customer email — so use the name your customers know you by.
  2. $39.99 payment. One time, lifetime access. 30-day refund window — see Account & Settings for the refund process.
  3. Stripe Connect onboarding. 5-10 minutes. This is how money flows from your customers to your bank account.

Once those three are done, the main app opens to your Dashboard and you're ready to add customers and schedule jobs.

If something goes wrong

Didn't get the verification email? Check spam, then resend from the signup page. If still nothing, email support@mowzey.com — we can verify you manually.

Card declined at the $39.99 step? Stripe runs the same fraud checks as any merchant. Try a different card, or contact your bank if a known-good card is being declined.
